A delightful spectrum of Celtic music on
an extraordinary variety of traditional
wind-powered instruments, including
a collection of wooden flutes, whistles,
concertina, an array of different bagpipes,
gemshorn and voice. Music from Ireland,
Scotland, regions of France, Northern
Spain, Wales, The Isle of Man and Nova
Scotia. In a program intriguing to both
youth and adults, we learn how air is
transformed into music and what makes
the airs, dance tunes and songs “Celtic”
