OverDrive Instant Digital Card (IDC) allows patrons to use OverDrive by putting in their address (which must fall into the service area of an OverDrive library) rather than requiring a library card barcode. The objective is to provide access to eBooks for patrons who have not yet gotten their library card. OverDrive has increase access to eBooks for patrons stuck at home during the pandemic!
