“FOOD FOR FINES”
LeRoy Public Library presents2019 “FOOD FOR FINES”
Feb. 28th – April 8th is “Minnesota Food Share Campaign” to fill Minnesota Food Shelves.
During this time the LeRoy Public Library is running their “Food for Fines” program where if you bring food to the library it can be put towards paying off your fine for you and your family. During this time what you give goes farther with the percentage incentive offered by Hunger Solutions. Pounds or dollars both add up. Every 1 pound you give is the same as giving $1.00. The items that go the fasts are cereal, hamburger helper, tuna, spam, canned pasta, instant potatoes, macaroni & cheese, Kleenex & toilet paper
See Ms. Barnes at The LeRoy Public Library to sign up today!
Anyone wanting to donate food to the LeRoy Food Shelf can drop off food at any of the five churches in LeRoy, Main Street Marketplace, or the Food Shelf on Main Street
Thank you for making our community the best it can be!
